FAQ · 常见问题

• Membership / 会员打不开？
  Open Profile → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that bought the plan. Sandbox / TestFlight purchases do not transfer to production.
• No sound / 没有声音？
  Check Silent Mode, media volume, and that the drive session is playing (not paused). Background audio needs a native build (not Expo Go).
• Map blank / 地图空白？
  Needs network for map tiles. Force-quit and reopen. Location permission is optional (only for placing the map near you).
• Cancel subscription / 取消订阅？
  iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → sleepTravel / 梦游. Lifetime purchase is non-consumable and does not auto-renew.

Plans: Lifetime, Annual, Quarterly. Prices are shown by the App Store. For billing issues with a charged production purchase, also contact Apple Support; we can help verify entitlement inside the app.
