2. Summary

No account registration is required to use the core app.
Journey progress, preferences, and membership status are stored locally on your device.
Location is optional and used only to help place the map / pick places — not sold or used for ads.
Purchases are processed by Apple / Google; we do not receive your full payment card details.
We do not run third-party advertising SDKs in the current product.

3. Data we may process

Location (optional) — When you allow it, approximate or precise location may be used to center the map or resolve places you pick. It stays on device for that purpose and is not required for playback.
Audio & media preferences — Selected cabin / weather / facility layers and radio-like settings stored locally.
Journey & profile data — Routes, session summaries, sleep miles, vehicle unlocks, display name — stored locally on device.
Purchases — Apple App Store / Google Play process payment. The app reads entitlement status (e.g. Pro active) via the store APIs to unlock features.
Diagnostics — Standard OS crash / performance logs may be available to the developer through Apple / Google tooling if you have opted in at the system level.

4. Map & network

Map tiles and place search may contact map / geocoding providers over the network when you use explore or routing features. Those requests contain map coordinates or search text needed to render the map — not your name or email.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with:

Apple / Google for operating system, distribution, and in-app purchases;
Map / geocoding providers as needed to show maps and places you request;
Authorities when required by law.

6. Retention & deletion

Local data remains until you delete the app or clear app data. Uninstalling the app removes on-device app storage. Store purchase records remain with Apple / Google under their policies; you can restore entitlements after reinstall.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your region). Do not provide personal data of children.

8. Your choices

Deny location permission — core sleep driving still works.
System settings — control notifications, background refresh, tracking (we do not use App Tracking Transparency for ads).
